Bistro One Zero Three is located along Pasir Panjang Road, at a corner which most people will miss if you don't work around the area. I went there for lunch for a colleague's farewell get-together. Armed with the map from Hungry Go Where, we still didn't know where exactly is the restaurant and where to park. In the end, we called the restaurant and finally found the place.
Simple setup and decoration, the restaurant serves reasonably priced pasta, steak, ribs, etc. I ordered the salmon pasta with crab meat in tomato sauce at around $14.90 - besides the pasta, it came with soup and a drink which I thought was quite a good deal. The serving was generous and the pasta tasted not too bad.
