Had one of my colleagues', Kevin's farewell at one of the Marina clubs in Singapore - RSYC. The Wharf is a open-air restaurant in the club which faces the Marina. Breathe in the smell of the sea water as you tuck into the yummy seafood.


It was a night of seafood overload as can be seen from the pictures. I love the balachan chilli that came with the squid - one of the best chilli I had! The restaurant is famous for its curry fish head too.

Anyone who knows me knows that I can't go without chilli and spice in my food. I read some reviews about this fish head curry place where we can dine in the cool comfort of an air-conditioned restaurant so we decided to give it a try! (We started going for fish head curry after we chanced upon one near KS' place one day and eversince we have been having it once every 2 weeks!) The fish head curry was good, spicy enough for me but the prawn paste chicken was so-so, definitely not as good as those I have tasted before at zi char stalls. We spent about about $30+ in total including one chilli kangkong.

Feng Yun Live Prawn Noodle

Recommended by Sab, we tried this live prawn noodles at Kim Seng Plaza. The prawns were very fresh (has to be since it is "live") and the soup is herbal. The prices vary from $4 for 1 prawn to $6 for 2 prawns and $8 for 3 prawns.
