Located at a private island off Keppel, the newly opened restaurant, bar, cafe is just a few weeks' old. I am on leave this entire week therefore decided to have tea there at around 4+pm. This place is so new that the roads are still being paved on the way leading to the island.
A lot of things are still not available and service level still needs lots of improvements. Some of the staff were totally clueless about what to do e.g. we have to ask for the bill twice and from different people before it was sent to us. Food's so-so but the ambience is great, a fantastic place to chill out for afternoon tea.
