I went to the re-opened Newton Food Centre few weeks ago. It's more airy than before and it's smoke-free! There are altogether 83 stalls, 5 fewer than before. KS and I ordered tiger prawns since we have never tried one before and it cost us $26! But it does taste pretty good. We ordered the usual oyster omelette, fried prawn noodles and char kuay tiao. The oysters are fresh and yummy, will definitely go back for more!
