Juju Hokkaido Hot Pot

Friday, 7 July 2006

KS and I chanced upon this restaurant when we parked at Paradiz Centre one day after trying in vain to locate a carpark near PS. The restaurant is decorated with simple zen-like furniture with high-backed benches. We waited for approximately 15-20 minutes before getting a seat therefore please remember to make a reservation before you go down especially during the peak hours on weekends. By the time we went in, we were so famished (we were so tempted to order some food from Subway which is just next to the restaurant while waiting). We ordered our food immediately and the ingredients came almost instantly.

Starters included a hard-boiled egg dipped in Japanese sweet sauce. My main course was a seafood platter presented on a 46cm long wooden sailboat. KS ordered the beef slice platter which doesn't look as appealing as mine visually!
